Moving insurance FAQs
What insurance is included?
Your move includes coverage up to $2,000 per incident, with coverage up to $4,000 per television, subject to the applicable conditions. There is no additional insurance fee for this included coverage.
Do I need to buy an upgrade?
No. The included coverage remains available if you do not purchase an upgrade. The paid options increase your coverage limit to $5,000 for $150 or $10,000 for $300.
Does the insurance cover every type of damage?
Coverage applies to accidental damage during transport or handling by our team, subject to the applicable conditions. Exclusions may apply, including pre-existing damage or items improperly packed by the customer. Review the detailed conditions provided when arranging your coverage.
What should I do if an item is damaged?
Inform our team on site immediately. A claim form will be sent to you by email. Complete it and provide supporting photos so our customer service team can review your claim under the terms of your coverage.
Can I increase my coverage after booking?
Contact our team before your moving date to add the $5,000 option for $150 or the $10,000 option for $300, and confirm the applicable conditions.
What about fragile or high-value items?
